Jenn set up a lemonade stand for the kids. Best thing ever. That was their favorite part.We did it. We had 5 families, and we had a great time. It was *HOT* (oh hot hot hot) and busy, but we all did well. I think we made enough to buy our paint! $370.00 total for us!!!
Our friends were priceless and precious. We worked so hard, but had fun too. I'm actually not sure if I'll do this again next year. My goal is to not accumulate things so that we don't need to sell anything.
Although.... we told the kids they could choose ONE treat for cleaning out their rooms. We went to Target and they got their treat. I got a new pair of shoes... :) On the way home, we couldn't get into our driveway, because Hannah Home was there getting the leftovers. So we drove up to another garage sale in our neighborhood. (whispering) * i bought a purse* It's okay. This is how we do it. Cheap in/cheap out!!!!
We even saw some people at Target that had been at our garage sale!!!!
It was fun. I am tired. I have the best friends in the world. If we can have a blast having a garage sale, we can have fun anywhere!

I'm so glad it went well. I am laughing so hard at you buying a purse at another yard sale and the fact that you saw people from your yard sale at Target. I forget that you have a Target in Alabaster now. Relax and have a good day off tomorrow.
