In the name of love

"There are two ways to be and truth does not depend on me." Kings X
Ex. 22:21 "Do not mistreat an alien or oppress him, for you (the Israelites) were aliens in Egypt."
Ex. 23:9 "Do not oppress an alien; you yourselves know who it feels to be aliens, because you were aliens in Egypt."
Lev. 19:33&34 "When an alien lives with you in your land, do not mistreat him. The aliens living with you must be treated as one of your native born. Love him as yourself, for you were aliens in Egypt. I am the Lord your God. "

I am scared of things that God repeats in scripture. Much less three-peats.

Duet. 10:17 "For the Lord your God is the God of gods and the Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God who does not show partiality..."
Romans 2:11 "For G0d shows no partiality [undue favor or unfairness; with Him one is is not different from another]."
Acts 10:34&35 Peter said, "I most certainly understand now that God is not one to show partiality, but in ever nation the man who fears Him and does what is right is welcome to Him."

Acts 17:26 "...and He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth..."
Col. 3:9&10 "....since you have taken off your old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. Here there is no Greek ,or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all."
1 John2:2 "He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for us but also for the sins of the whole world."
Gal. 3:28 "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus."
Gen. 1:26 "God said, 'Let Us [Father, Son and Holy Spirit] make mankind in our image, after Our likeness..."

Jesus himself was a victim of discrimination. I wonder how much more tolerant of things God is after His own Son experienced them? I feel differently about bullies now that Laney has experienced one first hand. I'm tired of God's Creation not being respected. No, not the physical earth, but the humans He created to live on it. Who are we to judge what He created? To not respect something of His?
I think they say it better than me:

"Jesus commands us to love each other as He loves us (John 13:34). If God is impartial, and loves us with impartiality, that means we need to love others with that same high standard. Jesus teaches at the end of Matthew 25 that whatever we do to the least of his brothers, we do to Him. If we treat a person with contempt, we are mistreating a person created in God’s image; we are hurting somebody that God loves and Jesus died for."http://www.gotquestions.org/racism-Bible.html

I remember my first experiences with discrimination. It was ugly, made me feel sick to my stomach, and I hated it. I still do. I don't know why God put this on my heart. Maybe to make me research a Biblical approach about discrimination and prejudice to share with my children. See what God says about it. And instill it in them.

Early morning, April 4
Shot rings out in the Memphis sky
Free at last, they took your life
They could not take your pride

Very well done. This is a great resource and leaves no room for any interpretation other than loving everyone all the time!
