Preamble

Laney's assignment for yesterday was to write a Preamble for our family. 

It had been a long time since I had read the Preamble to our Constitution:

We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish the Constitution for the United States of America. 

(That's another blog post right there...)

And here is Laney's Preamble:

We, the Children of the B--- Household, promise to try to obey the rule's, keep our hands to eachother, keep our bad thoughts to ourselves, try to be kind to our friends even the ones we dont like, and promise to be kind to our Elders. Signed, Laney, Jude and Zane
