Outside fun and my tribute

Now that the weather is a little, and I do mean a little, cooler, I've been throwing the kids outside. Zane loves being outside. I don't have to ask him. He wakes up in the morning, and brings me his shoes, and then sits down in front of me. That means, "Put my shoes on, lady. I'm ready to go outside." He melts down when I say, "no." We are NOT going outside at 6:30 in the morning. So usually the kids go out by themselves, later in the morning and afternoon. Before you call CPS, we have the perfect backyard for this. I can open the kitchen window and see and hear them every second. I can get the dishwasher unloaded all by myself. The other way is Zane taking out everything as I put it in, which adds fuel to the already "I hate loading the wishwasher" fire. So they all go outside, and I cook and clean with a moment's peace.

So this is Zane's new trick. Not the falling down the slide part, but the other part...
PRESS PLAY, and please notice his red shoes. They are his favorite and he wears them almost all the time. I told you, red shoe love runs in this family...

So thank the Lord for high 80's instead of... well, anything higher than high 80's and lower.

A little bit of sunshine & early, crisp fall weather does the body, mind, and soul good, huh:)! Sound as if you feel so much better-been praying for you!! Love seeing your cheerful sweet babies playing and look at Zane-how big & cute! Love Laney & Jude's coloring, too!
